Description

We tells the story of bread in Guatemala, specially the artisan bakeries in Quetzaltenango. We are famous for the good bread, the famous shecas and roscas of Xela, as it is called Quetzaltenango. We will have an express class on how to make them, using a traditional oven and organic ingredients and especially the secrets to bake a good bread. You will taste a sheca from the oven along with a delicious homemade chocolate or coffee.
