Day 1. Antigua Guatemala Private transfer from the La Aurora international airport to Antigua Guatemala. Before leaving Guatemala City we can make a City Tour where you can visit the historic centre and other interesting places. Plan A: Hotel Camino Real Antigua. / Plan B: Hotel Las Farolas. / Plan C: Posada La Merced.

Day 2. Vulcano Pacaya: 6am hike up Pacaya, the most popular volcano in Guatemala (2,500 meters above sea level). The hike is not difficult and if the volcano has been recently active we may have the opportunity to see the lava at it’s peak. Plan A: Hotel Camino Real Antigua. / Plan B: Hotel Las Farolas. / Plan C: Posada La Merced.

Day 3. Volcano of Acatenango: 4am hike up Acatenango, a higher and more challenging volcano (3975 meters). The hike takes 8 hours and at the top is possible to see the volcano of fire. Plan A: Hotel Camino Real Antigua. / Plan B: Hotel Las Farolas. / Plan C: Posada La Merced.

Day 4. Antigua Guatemala – Lake Atitlán (Panajachel): 7am - private transfer from Antigua city to lake Atitlán, on the way visited the ruins of Iximche; capital of the kingdom Kakchiquel before being conquered by the Spanish. We will arrive in the town of Panajachel and take boat tour around the Lake Atitlan, visiting the towns of Santiago, San Juan y Santa Catarina. Plan A: Hotel Atitlán. / Plan B: Hotel Jardines del Lago / Plan C: Mario’s Rooms

Día 5. Volcán San Pedro: 4am hike up San Pedro volcano (3020 meters). When you get to the top of the volcano you will be rewarded with one of the most spectacular views of Lake Atitlán, itself one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. The hike take approximate 6 hours, after which the evening is free. Plan A: Hotel Atitlán. / Plan B: Hotel Villa Santa Catarina. / Plan C: Posada Los Volcanes.

Day 6. Lake Atitlan (Panajachel) – Quetzaltenango: From Panajachel we will travel to Quetzaltenango to discover the high plateaus of Guatemala. On the way we will visit Salcajá and San Andrés Xecul, indigenous settlements with beautiful colonial churches. The afternoon is free time. Plan A: Hotel Casa Mañen. / Plan B: Hotel Modelo. / Plan C: Hotel Flora Inn.

Day 7. Volcán Santa María: 5am hike up Santa María volcano (3775 meters). From the summit you can observe Santiaguito (“Little St James”), Guatemala’s most active volcano. This Hike take aproxímate 7 hrs, leaving the evening free. Plan A: Hotel Casa Mañen. / Plan B: Hotel Modelo. / Plan C: Los Olivos

Day 8. Vulcáno Tajumulco: 3am hike to Tajumulco volcano (4200 meters). The most popular volcano in Central American; ascend into the clouds covering this very high peak. This hike takes aproximade 7 hours with another 6 hours driving. Plan A: Hotel Casa Mañen. / Plan B: Hotel Modelo. / Plan C: Hotel Flora Inn.

Day 9. Guatemala City: Transfer to La Aurora international airport from Quetzaltenango
