Day 1 Arrival at the International airport La Aurora in Guatemala City. Private transportation to Antigua.
Day 2 In the morning we will have a cultural tour through the colonial town of Antigua. In the afternoon we will leave to Panajachel, where you will have some time to explore the surroundings.
Day 3 Today we will visit the beautiful region around Lake Atitlán. In the afternoon we will take a boat and visit some of the villages around the lake.
Day 4 From Panajachel we will go to Quetzaltenango (Xela). This afternoon you have some free time to get to know the city.
Day 5 We will visit some indigenous villages around Xela in the morning. In the afternoon we will visit Fuentes Georginas. Here you can relax in the hot springs.
Day 6 Early in the morning we will leave to San Cristobal de las Casas in Mexico. We will have breakfast and dinner on our way there.
Day 7 There is no program for today so you will be able to explore the village with its great architecture, arts and people.
Day 8 Today we will leave to Palenque. On our way we will stop at the waterfalls of Agua Azul and Misol Ha.
Day 9 After breakfast we will go and explore one of the most extensive Maya sites, Palenque. This is located in the jungle of the Chiapas Mountains. Overnight in the Jungle, nearby the Lake Petexbatun ..
Day 10 Exploration of Bonampak and Yaxchilan Maya sites. Yaxchilan is one of the few Mayan sights that has not been re stored.
Day 11 We will have an early breakfast, followed by a transfer to Uxmal where we will have a guided tour through the Maya ruins.
Day 12 After breakfast we will go to the charming city of Mérida, where we will have a guided tour. After lunch we will go to Chichen Itza. (Maya ruins) and Valladolid, which is a colonial town.
Day 13 From Valladolid we will have a transfer to Tulúm, where you have time to lunch and continue to the Coba Maya sites.
Day 14-16 We will go by boat to Caye Caulker, where we will have a couple of days to spend. You are able to enjoy the beach, swim, snorkel, or whatever you would like.
Day 17 In the morning we will have a transfer to Belize City, where you have the afternoon free to spend. There is a lot to see and do in the lively city.
Day 18 We will leave early in the morning towards Tikal, Guatemala, where we will visit the ruins in the jungle. After this visit we will continue to the peaceful Flores and Santa Elena.
Day 19 After breakfast we will end our trip and go to Guatemala City by plane.( early flight) The same day (day 19) or the next day flight out of Guatemala City (overnight Antigua recommended)
